Frequently Asked Questions


1. What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email with the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
2. Is the Potty Time Watch waterproof?

No, the watch can be wore while washing your hand but it should never be submerged in water. We do not accept or refund Watches with water damage.

3. Can I change my order?

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

4. Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship in the United-States.

5. How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.
United-States: 2-8 days
6. Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions: Customer is responsible for shipping.
  • The item must have been sold on our online store
  • The item shouldn't have been used in any way
  • The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The return is made within 7 days of the return or exchange request

7. Do you have physical stores?
We currently don't have any physical stores.
8. Is there a warranty on the Potty Time Watch?
We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item within 28-days of delivery date, with respect of the following conditions:
  • The item must have been sold on our online store
  • The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
  • The return is made within the 28 days of the return or exchange request
We do NOT accept items with water damage.

If you have a return or exchange request resulting from a defective item please reach out to our support for more information on how to proceed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

9. I didn’t receive my order, what should I do?

If your tracking states that your order has been “delivered”, please contact you local USPS office. 
  • In the event, that an address was entered incorrectly and delivered to that addressed; we do not offer refunds or re-ship. Please check your address before placing your order.
  • In the event that you do mistakenly put the wrong address and catch it before the item(s) shipped, please contact immediately to cancelled your order. After, you will be able to recreate your order.

10. Can I get an exchange?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Customer is responsible for shipping.

11. How long does it take to get my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if the return was approved and shipped by the 7th day. Please remember it can take 7-15 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
